Walked to the gym. Back felt pretty good today. I think it's finally recovered from whatever I did to it before.

I used the belts that the Z had, which were a little too big for me, but they were still useful because I could tell when I was bracing properly. The first three sets were definitely good. The last two might have had a few reps which were a bit too high.
Deficit Deadlifts (from a Red and a Green)

These were pretty easy. I was a little surprised since 5x5@405 felt a little tough on Tuesday, but my back was still a little sore then, so that might explain the difference. I'm either going to increase the weight or go 6x4/5x5 next time.
Ab Wheel Rollout: 3x5
Walked back. Felt pretty strong going into the workout. Felt pretty strong leaving the workout. This was one of my better days overall.
