I think that the white roll basically gets right at my weak point, which is a couple inches off of my chest. These felt pretty strong.

These were much easier than I expected based on my experience from last workout. I think I just needed to adapt to the exercise. Some of the later reps on the last few sets were a bit difficult, but nothing was much of a struggle.
