Jason: 9/21

I should introduce myself since this is my first post.  Some of you may know me a little bit through Nathan.  I train with Nathan at TPS and am the camera man on most of his videos.  I'm a grad student in CSAIL and work in the office next to Nathan.  I started lifting a few months ago.

  • warm up: squat 45x5, 135x5x3
  • squat 225x3x2
  • squat 245x2, 255x1(PR+10), 275x1(PR+30), 285x1(PR+40), 300x1(PR+55)
  • more squat 225x3x7
  • crunches, 25lb sandbag behind head

Today I basically did an hour and a half of squatting.  I felt like I had more in the tank after 300, but decided to take the new PR and not push it.

  1. Fuck yeah. Finally a post.

For the record if people are wondering, he usually does more than one exercise per day. (Abs don't count.)

  2. Greetings!

Nate told me about this at the Z today, and I told him to tell you that a 300lb squat (not to mention the 365+lb deadlift) is very impressive for a few months of work. I might as well do it myself. Nice job!
