Feeling slightly stronger than last week, still really weak.

1. Power Clean - 50 kg + bar 4 x 5
2. Squat - 5x(5,5,4,4,3)x(275,275,300,300,300)
3. Bench Press - 5x(5,5,5,5,4)x(235,235,225,225,225)
4. Row 5x5x red and green on each side (weight?) + bar
