The weight looked good for speed so long as you don't slack off on half the reps.
ReplyDeleteGordon, a bodyweight update is needed in every post. Otherwise, suppose that I want to make some comment in this context. Without being able to do regression (BW vs. number of workouts, number of visits to Wendy's, etc), the scientific evidence to support my claims are missing. Without this data, I might end up saying something stupid like "you should be 235", then the right number is 240.
