Gordon: 9/1 & 9/3

Conditioning workouts, to get back to heavy lifting. Also while I gain some weight back. Currently at 172 =(

9/1/09
Squats: 3x5@275 (slow)
Deadlift, sumo: 1x5@315 (slow)

9/3/09
Squats:
3x5@275 (slow)
Press: 3x5@145 (medium)
Chin ups: 3x11@bw
Sit ups: 3x12@40

I put lifting on the back burner for the past 2 weeks, and didn't eat much. However, I think I've got my priorities straight now, and will be back to eating better since our house cook is back.

    Those look like soem pretty legitimate workouts too. I don't know why you were embarrassed about posting them. Have you decided what to do after the Texas Method?
