Chin ups: 3x11@bw
Sit ups: 3x12@40
I put lifting on the back burner for the past 2 weeks, and didn't eat much. However, I think I've got my priorities straight now, and will be back to eating better since our house cook is back.

ReplyDeleteThose look like soem pretty legitimate workouts too. I don't know why you were embarrassed about posting them. Have you decided what to do after the Texas Method?
