Hamstrings super sore from random shit on Monday.
• Cardio - bike 30 mins
Actually went pretty hard on this, got tired.
• Hip abduction 80x60
Don't really know why I did this.
• Flexibility - hamstrings (a lot), soleus, gastroc, adductors on leg press, seated groin, hip
flexors, prone glute
Is "Hip abduction 80x60" some kind of world record attempt in the stupid lift category? In this case, I fully intend to break it tomorrow.
