ReplyDeleteI did post this as a joke, but in all seriousness I think it's very important to log what you eat, I can accurately predict how my lifting sessions will go based on how well I eat in the preceding days. Anyway Nate, stop tagging my posts as "unnecessary" don't take all the fun out of it!
