I took a 2-day hiatus from the gym.. felt like forever! Went to a Brazilian steakhouse for dinner last night and had far more than my fair share of protein--for the week! Split my workout into two today; cardio for an hour, an hour break, then just did squat and power cleans. X-bar again.

+70 x3, belted
+80 x5 x3, belted (approx 132.5lbs)
+90 x3, belted (approx 142.5lbs)
15 dips, 8 pull-ups (no kip), 10 X-bar power cleans. Not a bad day.

8 pullups (without kipping) is more than most guys in the zcenter can do. Props.
