Feb 26-
Military press- Same deal, built up to 180x4, probably still had one in me. Pretty content (almost matched my previous PR at ~25 lbs less body weight)
Will not be using this convention for the next posts, just didn't feel like writing everything out. Main goal is to increase the amount I lift by 5-10 lbs every workout, for every lift, until I stall. Will try to lift 3 times or more per week.
