JC (07/14)- RSP Day 2

Came in a bit sore-ish from previous workout. Nothing terrible.
Morning
Squat-

185x5
225x4
Work set-
285- 6x3
Not too bad.

Military Press-
45x5
95x5
135x4
Work set-
165- 6x3
A bit difficult, but I managed.

Afternoon
Bench Press-
45x5
95x5
135x5
185x4
225x3
Work set-
265-6x2
Had to do bench workout in the afternoon after work as I did not have enough time in the morning. Bench session was a bit on the hard side, but I pushed through it.

Second day finished, and looking forward to positive results.
