Back Squat
5x45, 5x95, 5x135, 5x185, 5x225, 3x275, 3x315, 1x365
3x385 @ 9
3x395 @ 9/10
3x405 @ 11
The first set and second sets were mostly good (maybe one rep a little too high). The last set was to depth, but the last rep of the last set was a bizarre horribly-rounded squat-like thing that I didn't quite lock out before I toppled forward into the rack. Nonetheless, I'm pretty sure I could have locked it out, so I counted it anyway.
Bench Press
5x45, 5x95, 5x135, 3x185, 3x225
3x265 @ 9
3x270 @ 9/10
2x275 @ F
1x275 @ 10
Press command for the first rep of each set. The other two reps were touch and go. I failed the last set, but redeemed myself with a single about a minute after the failure.
Deadlift
5x135, 5x225, 5x315, 3x365, 3x405, 1x455, 1x495
3x525 @ 9
(2+1)x535 @ 9/10
(2+F)x545 @ F
The + indicates when I took a step back to reset. I got the last rep of 545 off the ground, but lost it in front of me. I think I might have had it if I hadn't reset, but whatever.

Do you keep record of PRs for doubles and triples? I think that 405x3 is a squat PR, and so is 535x3 on deadlifts.
ReplyDeleteNaw, I've gone 100% powerlifter and now only count singles as PRs =). But yeah, those are both rep PRs. I should be beating them (hopefully) in a week and a half when I test my openers.
