I breathed funny at the top of the fourth rep of the last set and got all light-headed when I brought the weight down. That was really weird. I think breathing at the top of a rep is a bad idea for military presses. I should get it next week.

I used different grips for each set. I'm going to stick with this weight for a while and work on weights/range of motion. I'm not quite getting full extension at the bottom.
