Elliptical 30 mins medium-low intensity.
No chicks, shitty TV program, no Ipod: mental burnout, you can't be far!
Afterward, I did around 30 shoulder dislocations for better flexibility in my chest/ shoulder area. It makes my elbow tendon feel better, so I will keep these thingies in my program.
Post workout, I was sitting in the sauna like a spider waiting for prey - but nothing happened! I also contemplated how to bump up my bench to four plates by the end of this year. Nothing came to mind, though. Can you say "boring day"?
