Shanker: GVT 2 Chest/Back Workout A1

Warmup:
Intervals for a mile.
Normal warmups for lower back/chest
BP 95x10; 135x10
Pullups BW x 12

Working Sets:
The first two are supersetted with 90 second breaks. I'm lazy, so I'm going to document them linearly anyway.
Flat BP: 170x5; 165x5x6; 165x4x2; 165x3
Barbell Row: 200 (and change) x5x10

These two also supersetted.
Pullup: BW+15x12x3
Standing Military: 85x10x2; 85x7

Horizontal Woodchop 135x12
Hanging Windshield Wiper BWx8
Decline Russian Twist 1 platex22
