Warmup:

Cat/Camel 16
Cobra 16
Static Low Back Stretch

Working Sets: (90-120 sec between sets)
BP 185x4x10
DB Rows 120x7x10
DB Pec Flies 40x12x3
Chinups BWx12x3

NO CORE! TRAVESTY!!!

  1. Shanker -- In bench presses, you are flaring the elbows too early. In regular presses, should be much higher, and in close-grip should be almost unnoticeable.

  2. The first couple of sets, 1-3, I was flaring pretty badly, however after that until maybe set 10 most of my reps were pretty legit.
    I flare when I don't have full confidence that I can drive all the way up, maybe I will use a spotter with more consistency to give me a better sense of security.
