Only olympic lifts in kg, and everything else in lbs?

ReplyDelete@Danny: Yep, all O-lifts are in kg. Everything else is in lbs.
ReplyDelete@Gordon: You know, I don't know =). Part of it is to just stay in practice because I plan to return to the Olympic lifts seriously at some point in the future. Part of it is just because I like doing them.
