Cleans: worked up to 180lbs
Vertical jumps: not a good as before. :(

Bench: 170lbs x5 x3
Neutral grip Chinups: +30lbs x5 x3

Cleans: 40kg x3 x6
Fixing form and working my way back up.
Squat: 265lbs x5 x3 @8
