Frank (9/28): Sheiko #37, Week 3, Day 1

Apparently, I was cutting all of these a little high. I think this might be because I'm trying to stay tight for the entire lift, and I feel like I lose tightness when I sink it too low. I will work on my flexibility to solve this problem.

Bench

I tried to touch these higher and not tuck quite so much. It's different. No judgment yet on whether it's better or worse.

Exhausted by the end of this. It's probably some combination of work and two weeks of Sheiko.
