Hadn't bumped into anyone at the gym in a week or so, so I wanted to check in to see what's happening. I've been making good and steady progress for the past few months getting my numbers back up and losing weight. Last week did a squat workout where 3x325 felt pretty good (modulo some less than exciting form).
On tuesday I was in a bit of a rush to get out early, so I lifted quickly around 4pm or so.
Snatch Grip High Pulls
3x10x40kg
Clean Grip High Pulls
3x10x60kg
Did these first two with light weights more as a warm up than anything else.
Deadlift:
10x275
8x325
5x385
Last set left pretty good, but I called it quits because my back had tightened more than usual; I haven't been staying well hydrated this week so I wasn't surprised.
