Frank (4/15): Starting Strength, Light

Back Squat
5x45, 5x95, 5x135, 5x185, 5x225
5x275 @ 8
5x275 @ 8
Easy. Thank the gods.

Military Press
5x45, 5x105
5x165 @ 9
5x165 @ 10
5x165 @ 10
There was some pretty significant sway-back on the last two sets, but I did manage to finish all of my reps.

Pullups
5x75 @ 9
5x75 @ 10
(4+1)x75 @ 10
I had to rest a bit between the fourth and fifth reps on the third set. My back and arms were OK, but my abs were killing me.

Dumbbell Curls: 10, (8+2) @ 40
Ab Pulldown: 3x20 @ 80
I think I failed both of these because of my abs. Wow, they are still really sore. I hope I didn't pull something.
