Shanker Squats, for real...kinda... 04/15

Back felt good, decided to try squats, see how far/how heavy i could go.
Back felt good the whole time. Didn't want to push it. Ironically back only tightened up after going to a 3 hour show with Carbin later on in the night. Note to self: don't plan squats and Soulive concerts for the same day. Long story short, back seems to be on the path to recovery. Knock on wood.
