Not too tough. I have a sticking point about half-way up that requires I do a mini-good-morning thing.

I'm back to using the regular benches, which I like better because they allow me to place my feet more naturally.

Wow, these were gut-bustingly hard. I didn't expect this, since I did 5x5@475 before my trip to Taiwan. There was some hitching on the last rep of each set. The + on the last set indicates a rest of 30-60 seconds.
