Gordon: 3/30

Weight is 185 again, had a tooth pulled this weekend and didn't eat enough. Going super light today to get back into it.

Squat: 3x10x225 @ 8

Bench: 3x10x185 @ 8

Curls: 8x60; 2x8x70

Hanging leg raises: 3x12
