First day back from deload week. (week = 9 days)w
Hadn't worked out since Wednesday, but finally over cold and felt well rested.
BW: 172.4
BF: 8.6%

Erred on the side of caution, felt pretty beat up after set 3, though the first reps of all my sets came up easily.
This will really hurt in the morning.

Conditioning is clearly lacking, as first reps were easy, but reps 4 and 5 much more painful across the board. Hoping this comes back fairly quickly.
