I wanted to make up for my uber-fail on Sunday. These didn't feel too hard. I had Daniel and Patrick watching to make sure my technique was on cue, and except for a tiny bit of stalling, it looked fine.

These were slow, and my upper back rounded quite a bit. Also, some dude dropped a plate on my foot. Not cool.
