1x20 @135
Stupid post-practice competition to see who can do the most presses @135lbs. One of the guys got 27 reps, which I thought was pretty good. Legit presses too; no bouncing. I estimated 15-20 and ended up with 20. It was fun, but stupid, especially since we were completely dead from practice. I now know my 20-rep max. Boo yah.
