Q 12/29 bench

Bench: 175lb x6, 6, 5 @8+
Should have gotten the last rep on the last set if my grip didn't slip.

Incline bench: 95lb x8, 115lb x8 x3

Close grip bench: 95lb x8 x4
Feels weird in the shoulders, so I didn't try to go heavier even though it felt light.

Dips: bw 12 x4

Abs: +5lb  x12 x3
