Really nice job on that deadlift. Be careful about your technique, though, since the last time I saw you lift, it was pretty bad. I know that it may not seem to matter now, but using bad technique is just an injury waiting to happen.
Congrats, though. That's a very good pull for your training age and weight. Now work on your squat and bench!
Thanks! I haven't seen you in forever! I'll try to focus more on form now and gain back some weight. It seems like I have a bit of an aversion to squats and bench at the moment, but I will get back into it.
Also, I saw this lift. Q you looked very strong, but your form was terrible. I know you have video, so you can check it out yourself. You set up with your back bent at a 45 degree angle. It was kinda scary. I didn't want to harsh your buzz a couple of days ago, so I didn't say anything.
