I hurt my knees about a month ago and took some time off of squatting. I expected to be completely out until seeing a doctor in late November, but the knees have been feeling better recently, so I gave it another shot.
In the last few weeks, I have gotten my other lifts at
Bench 3 sets of 5 @ 190
Pullup 3 sets of 5 @ +50, or 5/4/4 @ +55.
Deadlift 3 sets of 5 @ 245
Front squat 5 sets of 5 @ 135 (reset by a lot.)

I think my exit was a bit melodramatic. Physically, I am still here, and I'll still check in every so often. I was just (1) going to stop posting and (2) venting a little at how little this was used.
