Q 9/13 Squat

Squat: 45lb x5, 95 x5, 135 x5, 185 x4, 225 x3, 265 x2, 280 x5 @8+
Slight reset as last week's 295lb did not have satisfactory form and effort level was 10.

Pistol squats: +50lb x6
Legs close to getting cramps--> end training session.

Ball crunches: +20lb x10

Out in less than an hour.

  1. Good idea. This looks like less work that WS4SB usually has you doing, though. Are you cutting out stuff toward the end?

  2. I was going to do more sets of pistol squats and good mornings, but I didn't really want to risk the abductor cramps. I was probably a bit deconditioned with single leg work that day.
