Is your back okay?
ReplyDeleteIt feels fine, but I think I'm going to take it easy for a bit and not do something stupid like pull 6 plates soon (it can still be a little stiff in the morning). It's about time for me to get back on a real program anyway, so I'll deload a bit this week to transition. I'll post my full plan Wednesday when I have internet access again.
