sheng (4/6) squat

squat: warm ups,
455*1@9+
465*F, didn't get balanced, I thought I could do it.
475*F, this was a straight down, I was trying to make some progress each time, it just didn't work that way. Miracle didn't happen like last week (I doubled 465 after failed at first).
275*20
225*30
Twice of heavy weight squat every week seems too much for me, I thought with median volume though high intensity I could recover, I guess I was overly confident. Any way, I should do heavy squat once a week, that works better for me.
