This day hits the highest bench weigh of the cycle, and also the highest deadlift weight. I had my belt and chalk with me today, the first time using my new equipment on deadlift. I was glad to have it. Also, it's been a long long time since I've tested bench (or any) max. Today, I did doubles at my old max weight with no problem. It's good to see progress.
