I wore Keone's squat shoes for this. They felt different; not easier, not necessarily harder, but different. I was having more trouble coming out of the hole than usual, especially when I paused the last squat for three-ish seconds, but I think like with belts, I need to get used to these before I can accurately evaluate whether I need these in my training... also I walk funny with them on, heh.

Dumbbell rows (left and right):
