Chris (4/12): Wave C, Squat

I came in very sleepy and sleep-deprived!

Squat (belted):

I wore Keone's shoes for these.

I didn't wear Keone's shoes for these. Rene noticed I was significantly more comfortable squatting in flat shoes, and I felt a little better coming out of the hole with my Chucks on. So I guess that's my excuse (besides fatigue) for today being crappy.

  1. Squatting with or without a heel is very...different. I remember I tried squatting in my (flat) wrestling shoes once, and while my poundage didn't change all that much (IIRC), all of my mental and physical cues were off. It was very odd.
