sheng (3/20)

Just came back from cruise yesterday, having buffet every day and not working out at all in the past week gained me some fat, body weight goes up to 186 pounds now (my PR for body weight:)). I might need to cut a little if I want to compete in the 181 in the May's meet. Next a few weeks, I will decrease volume and increase the intensity.
squat: 45*5+95*5+135*5+185*4+225*4+275*3+315*3+405*2
speed squat: 275*3*5
deadlift: warm ups, 225kg*3*4
speed bench: warm ups, 185*3*6

  1. I think I need to weigh myself too. I'm pretty sure I'm heavier than I was during the last meet, but a lot of that's making up for lost ground.
