Left shoulder/tricep very sore from squatting heavy two days ago. For bench/squat, just did light sets (bench because I couldn't do more; squat because I didn't want to increase the pain).
Then:
Deadlift
315x5
355x3
380x5 (PR) (woohoo)

315x5x3
Soreness level right now: low. Yes!
At the risk of being Mr. Inconsistent I am thinking about changing up my workout now that I've observed 315(ish)x5x3 on squat really kills my left arm and shoulder. Some thoughts:
* switch to lower weight at higher volume for squats
* do dips and chinups
* push bench and deadlift harder since squatting is probably my best lift right now
