Last two were really messy and noticeably good-morninged.
Bench Press (paused?):

My wrists still feel really iffy, but the weights themselves were pretty easy. Used a competition pause at first, and moved to a quick 1-2 count on the last few sets of 170.
Dips:
+0x8; +25x4
+45x6x2; +45x5
Kinda fried from benching... whoops.
Chinups:
~45 total
Not much better.
Ab rollers (knees):
