I came out of this workout feeling like I had only regressed from pre-meet, but contributing factors are: 1) haven't done PC or OHP in a while, and 2) about 3 hours of sleep since my workout on monday due to consecutive almost-all-nighters.
Got a good night's rest last night and am recharged for Friday!

ReplyDeleteAlso, as Chris mentioned (http://mitstrength.blogspot.com/2011/02/keone-114.html#comments), you might want to do less reps for your warmup sets so that you don't tire out too much before the working sets.
