Tested the waters with my back today, kept things light, felt pretty good though

Back Hypers 3x20xBW used caution here, as they were the thing that injured me in the first place
Calves 3x20x300

ab wheel, from knees 4x6 this thing is awesome

Will try pulling Saturday, have high hopes
