Frank (4/29): Starting Strength, Light

I have some deadlines to make by tomorrow, so this was a quick workout.

Back Squat

A 45lb plate fell on my big toe. Ow. Thankfully, I was wearing my squat shoes, so there's some minor bruising, but the toenail shouldn't fall off.

Military Press
5x45, 5x105, 3x135
5x170 @ 9/10
5x170 @ 9/10
5x170 @ 9/10
Roar.

Pullup
5x80 @ 10
5x80 @ 10
5x80 @ 10
These were about as tough as 75.

Ab Pulldown: 3x15 @190
Dumbbell Curl: 2x10 @ 40
