I haven't been posting lately, obviously. Not sure why- it could be the incalculable number of times I've been failing so much lately, I suppose I felt embarrassed to post anything.
Clean and Jerk-
60 kilosx2
80 kilosx1
90 kilosx1
100 kilos x2
As the weight increases my left shoulder starts giving me trouble, I'm not sure what's the cause (it could be my previous heavy snatch sessions- some of you know what I'm referring to).
Cleans only-
110 kilosx1
115 kilosx1 (2.5 kilo PR)
Some light work (Pullups, light dumbell presses, lat pulls)
10 minute run @6.5 mph
Ab work
I hope my shoulder gets better sometime soon, my jerk is lagging behind my clean.
