Shanker: Deadlifting for real...kinda

Rested all weekend, felt great. Went into this aiming to see if I had lost any lost strength and assess full health of my back.

All of these came up like a hot knife through butter...then spread on a warm, moist biscuit, served with pancakes and maple syrup, with sizzling bacon, sausage and lightly scrambled eggs with a little cheese added in...
...but I digress.

After this I got a little paranoid, contemplated trying to hit 435x4, which is roughly where I *should* be, but decided against it in a fit of rationality. 405 was so easy I feel very good about where I am, despite the fact that I have clearly lost all conditioning. I'll keep doing this type of maintenance work for the rest of the week, then I'll try to figure out what to do for the final 7 weeks. Gchat Danny?
