These weren't too bad, but I can't tell if I'm hitting depth if no one's around. I think the first set might have been a little high. I definitely sank the last two sets.
Bench Press

I was going to do 3x5@495, but after the first set, I realized that it wasn't going to happen. Then again, 3x5@495 is more than I've ever done, so maybe it wasn't such a good idea to begin with. The first set was extremely difficult. The others were OK, but I had to reset a bit before the last rep of the last two sets (30-60s rest, if that matters). The plan is 6x3@495 next week, which should be easy, then 6x4@500/505, then intensity.
