The last set was actually easier than the first two, which I took as a good sign. Oddly enough, I think that 275 is the last set where my technique is perfect. There was a little bit of breakdown toward the end of each set, but nothing terrible. I think I'm going to take it slowly from here. no need to rush.
Bench Press

5x230 @ 9

Pretty tough, but doable. Touched a little too low for my first few reps.
Cable Row

Tried 240, but that was too tough. Next time.
Ab Rollout: 3x4
Overall better than I expected, but still weak.
