JC (03/30)- Squat, Military Press

Back Squat-
135x8
225x6
295x5
345x2
Things started getting shitty after this. I had not eaten anything and just came in unprepared.
385-Did a half squat with this, so it doesn't count as a 30 lb PR.
385- Failed attempt at full squat.
Went back down to 295, and did a series of quarter squats, building up to 365. At 365, I attempted a half squat and was successful.
365- Failed attempt at full squat.
Pretty fatigued by this point, pissed off at myself for being stupid.
225x5- Just so I didn't end in a terrible note.

I'm not sure why I thought doing the quarter squats would have been helpful.

Military Press-
135x5
165x4
185x1
Didn't have it in me to continue.

Seated Cable Row-
180x10
210x8
245x6

Pullups-
1x10

Ab work-
20 "V" sit ups
Some other ab workout where you spell out your name with your feet.

Pretty shitty workout.
