These were the ugliest squats in the world, and I'm not sure I even hit depth. Failed the last set.
Bench Press
5x45, 5x95, 5x135, 5x185
5x247.5 @ 9
5x247.5 @ 10
3x247.5 @ 10
Failed these too.
Deadlift
5x135, 5x225, 5x315
Stopped these because 315 felt pretty damned hard.
So, I go out with a fizzle. I'll be in Taiwan for the next week for my grandmother's funeral, but will be back full time starting Tuesday. I'll probably do a minor reset since it doesn't make a whole lot of sense to leap into heavy weights when I'll be, in all likelihood, tired and jet-lagged.
