The front squats didn't look easy. Probably more like 9's. Eric has a weird stance that I don't like (heels like 4" apart, knees not that much forward). Please feel free to critique his front squats guys :D
ReplyDeleteThat is a little weird. When I front squat, I do tend to have my feet closer than usual (though 4" is a little extreme), and my knees go forward quite a bit so that I can keep my torso upright. As usual, I'd have to see what Eric's doing to make any further comments...
