I had a little bit of a sniffle today, so I wasn't that pumped about going to the gym. Still, it turned out OK.
Back Squat

The first set was beautiful. The second set was OK, but I started losing focus after the third rep or so. The third set was terrible. I didn't have any abdominal pressure at all, and I felt a little dizzy after the first rep. I blame it on being sick.
Bench Press

This went about the same as my squat.
Deadlift

"Light" day, but this still felt pretty hard.
I should also note that I got a bike today. It's an old beater bike, but it easily cuts my commute time by half or more. I <3 my bike.
